Heavy rainfall on Saturday, the White Water Release, and the bump in water level from the dam kept many anglers away. The few that did venture out did not report experiencing any fishing success. When the water level drops it will be interesting to see if the pulse in water has encouraged and fish to nose into the run. Water from the dam is currently at 1000cfs but will be going to 1650cfs at 10:00PM this evening. The current flow at Pineville is 1390cfs, but that too will be on the rise overnight.
