A mixture of weather offered some off and on sun, clouds, and a short burst of heavy rain. Overall conditions remained fair, with little impact from today's rain, as the runoff continues to lessen from the days past. Again, fairly light pressure with most anglers joining us first thing this morning, and fishing well into the afternoon. It didn't sound like the smallmouth fishing was on fire today, but most were successful in their outings. Forecasts for tomorrow indicate conditions to be mostly cloudy, with temperatures reaching about 60 F by late afternoon. At this time the dam release is currently scheduled to remain at 500 CFS until 11:59 PM tomorrow (5/12). Please monitor safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill for updated dam release scheduling.
