The day started out a little chilly with some fog, almost no wind to speak of, the water temperature this morning was 53F and was expected to go up as the day wore on. There was quite a bit of action up and down the river, several guests report catching a good number of bass and steelhead, with the lower/middle sections being the most productive areas. The weather for tonight partly cloudy. Low 48F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph. Tomorrows' weather will be partly cloudy. High 58F. Winds WNW at 10 to 15 mph. The flow out of the Dam through Thursday midnight will be 350CFS and out of Pineville 531CFS.
