CFS at the Pineville gauge 660 - air temperatures hovered in the 40s to 50s - hazy blue skies with brilliant sunshine, and light winds, made for a great day to be outdoors - most of our guests (excepting the couple of guests swinging flies only) were able to get into one or two Steelhead in the 6# to 10# range (although a couple of guests reported losing larger fish), with some bonus modest sized Smallmouth Bass in the mix. The last guest of the evening reported a very good day, with one guest hooking into double digit, all hookups were Steelhead. Tonight's forecast: "A few passing clouds. Low 38F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.". Tomorrow's forecast: "A mix of clouds and sun early, then becoming cloudy later in the day. Slight chance of a rain shower. High 64F. Winds SSW at 10 to 20 mph.".
