Overcast conditions gave way this afternoon to clearing skies and plenty of sunshine. Temperature that started pretty cool this morning rose into the low 50's this afternoon and wind was not a factor. A few more anglers than we have seen over the past several days showed up today and based on those that I spoke with were able to get into some Steelhead plus one Rainbow. Not great numbers but a bit of an improvement over what we have seen of late. I guess the "powers that be" expect some increased moisture over the next several days as the water from the dam will be going up to 1500 cfs beginning at 9:00PM tomorrow night. Current flow at Pineville is 1390 cfs
