Well at least the wind wasn't out of the East like yesterday (meaning straight down river) but it still blew pretty hard. More manageable at cross-river, but still making things difficult. The fish aren't cooperating either. Not sure what is going on right now, but things have become pretty difficult. The water temperature reported by one angler this afternoon was 48 degrees. We should be seeing more Steelhead with those numbers, but is not the case. Inexplicably, the fish seem to holding upriver and taking their time journeying back to the lake. My expectation is that will soon change. Water from the dam remains at 750 cfs and at Pineville 961 cfs
