Due to low temperatures DSR’s opening time will be delayed until 9:00 AM, Sunday 3/24.
Last night's snow carried into the morning, leaving us with about 5 inches of accumulation. As temperatures warmed up, winds also steadily increased. Temperatures topped out at 30 F, with winds 12 MPH and gusts of 24 MPH. Needless to say, it wasn't the most comfortable day to be on the water. Despite the conditions quite a few anglers joined us mid morning and stuck it out into the late afternoon. Based on the reports, a majority of anglers were successful in getting at least a fish to hand, with a few lost. Most angling efforts were reported in the middle and upper sections of the property today, with little reported from the lower sections. The dam release is currently scheduled to remain at 750 CFS until 11:59 PM tomorrow (3/24). Please monitor
