Temperatures started in the teens this morning, only reaching a high of around 28 F by this afternoon.  Having no pressure yesterday, hopes were high for the handful of anglers that joined us today.  Despite the gradually increasing winds and snowfall, a number of anglers fished the greater part of the day.  Fishing kept pace with what we've seen the past week. Those that were the most successful in their outings today, spent significant time covering a majority of the property, with the middle section reporting the most action (but also the most attention).   Fish reported today were mostly spawned out female steelhead with just a few fresh steelhead.  The dam release is currently scheduled to increase from 500 CFS to 750 CFS at 9:00 PM tonight (3/22), where it is scheduled to remain until 11:59 PM tomorrow night (3/23).  Please monitor safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill for updated dam release scheduling.
