Thankfully the winds of yesterday subsided and the clouds gave way to clear skies and warmer temperatures. Those factors contributed to a number of anglers fishing the run today. A brown trout and a number of drop-back Steelhead rewarded our anglers for their effort, but not in great numbers. The higher water continues to make things less-than-idea, but it looks like things will be begin to change in that regard. The scheduled water release from the dam is currently 1200 cfs but will be going down to 1000 cfs at 7:00AM tomorrow. The current flow at Pineville is 1640 cfs but hat should be dropping tomorrow as well. Hopefully this trend, long with warming temperatures will continue throughout the week.
