A calm start to the day with a brief period of light rain early on, but as the day progressed winds picked up gradually, getting to about 16 MPH with gusts up to 32 MPH. The possibility of snow loomed, but probabilities lessened and were pushed later as the day went on. Ultimately given the forecasted conditions and the winter weather advisory, just a couple of anglers joined us for quick outings early this morning ahead of the inclement weather. The dam release remained at 1200 CFS today but is currently scheduled to be reduced down to 750 CFS tomorrow (3/11) at 9:00 AM. Please monitor safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill for updated dam release scheduling.
