A beautiful day on the run. Certainly for this time of year, but at any time this weather is hard to beat. Temperatures into the 60's, sunny skies with little wind to speak of. Good water levels, water temperature starting out this morning around 40 degrees and rising a couple of degrees over the course of the day. And no snow anywhere. The anglers that fished the run today had a great day regardless of the fishing success. Still about half our anglers were able to get into a fish and some got into a couple. Fish brought to had were reported to be spawned out fish. With the water temperatures on the rise, I would anticipate the drop-back fishing will be steadily improving over the course of the next several weeks. Water from the dam remains at 500 cfs and the flow at Pineville is 747 cfs.
