Not quite as cold as yesterday, but that didn't seem to help the fishing much. Still had clear skies and bright sunshine and that couldn't have helped. The angler's (just a few) that I spoke with worked hard for them today; covering lots of water and putting time in. Another tough day. If it were March I would be thinking that the fish or in that "transition" period and maybe, given this years relatively mild winter, that might be the case. We will be experiencing a warm up over the next few days and the temperatures for next week don't look all that bad so , optimistically, things will change in a positive direction. Tomorrow's forecast is calling for partly sunny skies and high's in the mid-to-upper 40's. Fish or no fish, a great day to be out on the stream. Water from the dam is scheduled to drop to 500cfs at 7:00AM and the current flow at Pineville is 893cfs
