A cold day on the run with overcast skies.  No precipitation for the better part of the day, but , on cue, around 3:00 this afternoon the weather system moved in with snow and considerable wind.  A few anglers fished the run with  some success given the cold conditions.  While overnight temperatures would have suggested that slush would be an issue today, that was not the case.   Angler reports indicated that from early morning on, slush was not a problem.
