Reasonable temperatures with light winds made for decent fishing conditions, but for some reason anglers stayed away today. One angler fished for a few hours this afternoon without success before calling it a day. Water flow from the dam remains at 1500cfs and the flow at Pineville is holding steady at 1880cfs. Improving weather conditions are forecast for tomorrow with some sunshine predicted (if you can believe that) and temperatures in the low 40's. Sounds like a good day to hit the river.
