PM Fishing Report:  Although the weather conditions were made for steelhead fisherman, (brisk NW winds, steady drizzle, and temperatures in the low 40s), the afternoon report of fish brought to hand was listed as quiet to slow, (very few fish brought to hand), along with an equally low number of anglers, (few anglers-plenty of space.)  The river flow from Pineville is currently 725 cfs with light rain scheduled to continue to around 9pm this evening.  Tomorrow's weather should have significant amounts of sun, with temperatures dropping to the high 30s at sun up and light NW winds.
