It's starting to look a lot like steelhead season! Today marked the first day of our reduced angler capacity, going from a max of 250 anglers, to now 125 anglers. Many of our regular steelheaders eagerly joined us for their first outings, and most reported no shortage of fresh, chrome, steelhead. Overall, it seemed the morning today fish a bit better than this afternoon. Upper and lower most sections of the property reported the least angling pressure this afternoon, with the middle section reporting the greatest angling pressure. Only a few anglers reported salmon today, with a majority of anglers bringing steelhead to hand, with the occasional brown trout.
