Weekend storms brought a bit of much-needed rain to the area and left us with muggy weather the last couple days. Between the storms and the bump in water flows from the whitewater release, anglers today reported a small uptick in smallmouth bass activity than what was reported over the weekend. Two anglers were able to hook into 10 smallies this morning on the lower half of the run, before an afternoon thunderstorm drove them off the water. Its hard to believe July is right around the corner, and salmon season soon to follow!
