The day started out sunny and cold, clouds moved in as the day progressed. For this evening watching a potential winter storm. Snow. Winds will increase late. Low 28F. Winds ESE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of snow 90%. Snow accumulating 3 to 5 inches. On Tuesday, last day of the month, windy with snow during the morning then a mixture of rain and snow during the afternoon. High 38F. SE winds shifting to WSW at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of precip 90%. Snow accumulating 1 to 3 inches. Higher wind gusts possible. The flow out of the Dam thru 1150PM on 28 Feb, will be 500CFS. The flow out of Pineville this evening was 673CFS. The anglers today saw some action, one season passholder came in this afternoon, spent a couple of hours on the water, hooked 5 and landed 2 Steelheads. Another angler went 3 for 6, landing 2 Steelheads and one Brown.
