Just a few anglers joined us on the run which, quite frankly, surprised me. Temperatures in the upper 30's to near 40, overcast skies with no precipitation. Water a little high but really not that bad. No slush. No shelf ice. Pretty good Steelhead weather any time of year but for the end of January? What more can you ask for? All anglers were able to bring fresh Steelhead to hand (which included one angler that stopped by for the last hour of the day). Best of the bunch went 6 for 7, which is a really good day. With dropping water and temperatures in the mid-30's tomorrow, I would think it would be a good day to be on the run. Water will be dropping to 750 cfs from the dam at 9:00PM this evening and the current flow at Pineville is 1310 cfs.
