A bit of slush along with an increase in the dam release made for a quiet early morning on the run. Last night the dam release was increased to 1,000 CFS, where it is scheduled to remain until midnight tonight. Anglers trickled in late morning, into the early afternoon after things began to warm up and slush dissipated down here on the lower end. Just about a dozen anglers joined us in total today. Conditions early afternoon definitely looked questionable, with clear blue skies. However, it seemed to be reported as the most productive timeframe. In just a few hours we went to zero sun, with complete overcast and things seemed to quiet down for most of our anglers. Overall reports from our anglers indicated similar fish activity to yesterday, with a few unable to keep them buttoned up in the high flows, but a majority indicating they were able to land a solid fish or two with several lost.
