8:30 AM River Patrol fishing report: CFS 335 at the dam, CFS 430 at the Pineville gauge, water temperature 52 degrees, air temperature 48 degrees, heavy overcast, light winds, no precipitation at this time - estuary section reports that there are some Coho milling around in the North channel, but not committing to moving up into the river system - there are also a number of small "jack" Kings and small Steelhead providing some action for boaters in the area - the entire rest of the run is described as "very slow" as regards either fish movement or angler activity - what fish are present are predominately Kings with a solitary Steelhead, most of the Kings are actively spawning, although fresh Kings are still being brought to hand in the run - we currently have walk-up full day fishing passes for sale for today, and afternoon-only fishing passes for today will be available online at 10 AM
