As part of our commitment to improving the DSR experience, we're excited to introduce our season pass holders to their new Angler Accounts!
In order to receive your season pass, please submit / verify the required information below, including your season pass portrait image. This image will be used for identification purposes, and will be approved for use on your physical season pass by DSR prior to production.
Why did I receive this email?
You recently purchased your season pass for the Douglaston Salmon Run. DSR is currently undergoing a transition, which now requires the submission of guest information through our new website, in order to produce your new pass.
Why do I need to provide a new photo?
For security and identification purposes, season pass holders are required to submit a recent portrait image in order for the production of your seasonal pass. You may choose to save your portrait photo to your account for use on future passes for up to 5 years, at which point we will require you submit a new image before purchasing your next season pass.
Why do I need to set up a password / account?
We are requiring all season pass-holders to register an account with us as we transition to more streamlined website and check-in experience. You may choose not to use your online account; however, in the future you'll be able to use it to look up past orders, renew your season pass, and more!
How will I receive my season pass?
After providing the required information, we will send you an email verifying we have what we need. From there, we will print you out a season pass and provide the pass to you on your first visit. You will be expected to keep your printer season pass on your person whenever on the property.
