DSR Fishing Report for 22 August 2026:

REPORT:

We had about a dozen anglers join us on the run throughout the day, (with a few still fishing as this report is being written.)  There were a handful of salmon sighted; a pair near the upper portion of the run as well a pair in the middle section; no Salmon brought to hand as of yet.

CFS / WEATHER:

The flow from the dam is 185 CFS and is scheduled to remain at that level until 11:59 PM on the 23^rd..  The Pineville gauge is currently at 228 CFS.

Tonight: Partly cloudy skies early. Thunderstorms developing late. Low 63F. Winds SE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 90%.

Tomorrow:  Rain showers in the morning with thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. Gusty winds and small hail are possible. High 73F. Winds SSW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 90%.
