Current ConditionsFebruary 8th. 3:00 p.m: We haven't had many anglers on the water the past few days. However the few that were out did have good action in the Flats , the Wall and the Glide. These anglers were running blue and chartreuse egg sacs under floats.
LODGING: We are now taking booking for the 2010 season. At this time we do still have some dates available in our lodges for September and October. However these select dates are filling very fast. Please contact us if you have any lodging needs for 2010 @ 315-298-6672.
LODGE SPECIALS: We have had quite a few calls in response to the special we ran last winter for lodging. Because of that we are again offering that. If you book two nights in our lodges for the remainder of Jan, Feb or March we will give you the third night for FREE! Please contact us at 315-298-6672 for further information.
PLEASE NOTE: Now that Jack Frost has taken hold we will be monitoring weather and slush on a daily basis. On mornings that the slush is to heavy we will be opening at 10am instead of 7am. As we did last year we will offer a discount on slushy days.
SNOW MOBILE CUSTOMERS: For any of you that are interested in snowmobiling the NYS trail system please let us know. We have lodging and indoor storage available. Our property is also adjacent to part of the trail system. We would be happy to help you put together a snow mobile/steelhead trip for this winter or spring.
REMINDER: Spring may be the furthest thing from most of your minds right now. However for any of our customers interested in our CAST & BLAST packages, now is the time to call. We have already booked a lot of our dates for turkey season. We do have some prime dates available , including a few the first week. NEW OPENING TIME: Starting Thursday December 10th we will start opening at 7:00 a.m and closing at 5 p.m. We will continue to make time changes based on the available day light. Please stay posted for any future updates to opening and closing times.
OPENING AND CLOSING DATES:
We will close to the public on the last day of April. We will grant access to season pass holders from May 1st to May 9th. All access to the DSR after those dates will be restricted to lodge customers only.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Remember that the last day the DSR will be open for the season is Thursday April 30th. We do allow lodge customers to fish from May 1st until we open again next August. If you are interested in staying with us please call 315-298-6672.
